Because it didn't get enough votes in the Streaming Reviews survey to get picked up for weekly coverage, which this chart uses the reader ratings for.

I see; I suppose that makes sense. These charts don't look at a glance like they have anything particular to do with the weekly reviews, so I guess that's why I don't tend to associate the two.

And it seems you've given me a reason to create a kickstarter for Hinomaru Zumou advertising that eclipses even my reason to create one for Double Decker advertising!
