Have u ever noticed Why Most of the Hit Funimation show's main character are voiced by only texas voice actors
Particular voice actors(and they are more in number) in Texas are not that talented and new ones in Texas entered anime voice over industry by buttering on their seniors voice actors which are also working as voice casting directors now days...
And these voice casting director mostly cast them because they don't want any outsiders(non Texas voice actors)Hence their is no competition so their is complete Cronyism that's their dub aren't up to the perfect standards...
Funimation uses Texas voice actors because they're located in Texas? Literally every business is going to hire people from the state they do business in. That's not cronyism or anything illegal. That's how capitalism literally works and also practicality. Sentai Filmworks is also located in Texas and hires Texas voice actors. Likewise LA dubbing studios primarily hire LA voice actors and same for NY studios and Canadian studios. They all do that. But it's not even true Funimation only hires Texas voice actors. Since the pandemic started, Funimation has expanded significantly with remote dubbing, with many of their dubs being recorded by LA and now lately even NY studios and they have even hired VAs from Canada and Australia. If anything, Funimation has probably done more out of state hiring than most other studios have done so, including LA studios like Bang Zoom and Studiopolis that mainly just hire LA people. Like when was the last time Bang Zoom hired someone who lived in Texas?
Whether you like their dubs or not, Funimation's voice actors are professionals with many of them also having extensive careers in video games, theater acting, and some of them in American animation. There are still dozens of rival dubbing studios like VSI, Studiopolis, and Bang Zoom that are active in the industry. But whether you think they're meeting some arbitrary "standard" of quality is not proof of a shadowy conspiracy.

BangZoom do have hired some Well known Texas voice actors too
Kristen McGuire / Clifford Chapin/ Jordan Dash Cruz/Matt Shipman many others ( use Wiki Fandom)
I am also telling that s Funimation owns crunchyroll(Which use LA Studios in most of their Dubbed shows) after the merge I am afraid they will use only texas voice actors for their next licenced shows( Like I mentioned they have monopoly over Anime voiceover industry too]
LA studios will be somehow affected by this(Unless Funimation sets up a branch in California )

Some voice actors have showed concerns over that u know
