Oh! Exciting!

I'm hoping they spend less time forming the group (it took μ's 8 episodes to get together in their first season) and more time on having fun with the characters as a group. Alas, I don't think this will happen. I'm looking forward to it regardless though. I've really enjoyed everything Aqours have done so far and I'm hyped for the anime!

Hopefully we get a proper trailer soon. & hopefully they animate Mattete Ai no Uta as it is one of my favourite LL! songs already (but I can see it being saved for an emotional scene in the inevitable S2).

Guess that means it's going to be at least 13 episodes. Who knows? They might even try their luck with 26. Not like Sunrise can't afford it.

I'm glad this is one of the first shows to begin next season. The problem with watching currently airing anime is that the season often begins with all these crappy shows I have no interest in watching before getting into the stuff I'm actually looking forward to. Glad that isn't the case this time around.

No interest here. I like muze, not the general idea of a school idol.

Hm. I wonder if this is what will be screened at AX's Anisong Matsuri event with the attending members of Aqours...

yeah the girls are fun but they could've formed a group in less eps.

I've always been kinda lukewarm to love live though. Like I'll enjoy it and I saw the movie but it's not in my top anime list.

Inevitable, but at least now we have a set date. Let the best girl fight to the death continue.

That's probably one of the big reasons why I liked Season 2 so much more. Instead of wasting its time with introductions it assumed you already knew everything and went straight into developing the characters and moving the story along. I wish more sequels would take advantage of their status as a sequel to improve upon the original.

What's weird about Season 2 though is that it felt almost like a direct response to all my gripes about the first season. The movie was fantastic as well (Unlike a certain other idol franchise's movie continuation) so I think they have an idea of what works and what doesn't work by this point in time.
