I know what they were going for, but I'm not sure maternal was the right word in conjunction with male fans

As a matter of fact I do have such a (messenger) bag. I mean it only has 4 badges, but it does have the CR logo plastered on it too.

Yeah, I believe Paternal was what they meant.
