No, they put out the first book way back in the winter of 2016, but they never released the subsequent volumes, and they haven't said anything about what's going on with the series.

In fact, last week, Right Stuf cancelled all outstanding orders for later volumes of the series, saying it was now delayed indefinitely.

Well, I'd love to be able to read this new manga. But that doesn't seem to be happening...at least, not at the hands of Seven Seas *stares at volume one of Heaven's Door on the shelf*
