It's Haikyuu!! or Haikyū!!. I don't care what Viz Media uses, they're wrong. Why must you keep using a grammatically incorrect version? So unprofessional.

It's not "grammatically incorrect," it's the Western localized name for the title The use of ū (uu) varies depends on things ranging from romanization type to stylistic choice. Did you know by your same logic "Akiyuki Sinbo" is also "grammatically incorrect" even though the director chooses to romanize his own name that way? Just like Leiji Matsumoto and Yasuhiro Nightow.

Regardless, ANN always uses a macron (ū/ō) except in the above cases where it is omitted officially.
