Okay 1 thing bugs me when I look at this. They're actually dubbing this. Now I like the Code Geass dub but this is the 4th movie of the trilogy of movies. The trilogy went out on home release undubbed. Now they dub this followup movie?

It's unfortunate, but those movies are really just summaries with a few changes that are noticeable enough yet don't impact the overall story arc's conclusion. Presumably they realized the investment in time and money needed for creating an English dub wouldn't be realistic. Probably they would have tried, back in the day, but not right now.

The new movie is entirely new material, not a re-do, so it makes a lot of sense to dub this.
