I wonder if this will reach Netflix in Jan 2023 as well. We don't have Crunchyroll here in Singapore.

The animation looks fine, way better than most anime with this sort of animation, and the characters look just fine.

Yes, it does. The animation is very expressive and fluid, and the actual character models are very competently made.

Also, like the other guy said, the character is just making a goofy expression on purpose, so your example doesn't even work. Use an actual clip or GIF to show your point instead of a still image. You're literally sounding like the type that uses "broken neck Sasuke" as an example of "bad animation".
