Crunchyroll announced on Wednesday that it will stream the second season of the anime adaptation of Satoru Noda's Golden Kamuy manga. Crunchyroll will stream the series for members worldwide outside of Asia starting on October 8.
The anime will premiere in Japan on October 8 on Tokyo MX, Sapporo TV, Jidaigeki Senmon Channel, Yomiuri TV, and BS11.
Sayuri and the band MY FIRST STORY are collaborating on the opening theme song "Reimei." Musical group Eastern Youth are performing the ending theme song "Tokeidai no Kane" (The Clock Tower's Bell).
The anime's first season premiered on April 9. Crunchyroll streamed the series with English subtitles as it aired in Japan, and Funimation streamed it with an English dub.
Noda launched the ongoing manga in Shueisha's Young Jump magazine in 2014. The manga's 15th compiled book volume will ship on September 19 and will bundle an anime DVD focusing on the manga's Barato arc.
