New Dragon Ball Xenoverse Game Characters Unveiled

Dragon Ball game slated for early 2015 release
This year's 43rd issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump is unveiling new characters for the upcoming PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One game Dragon Ball Xenoverse on Monday. The characters include, clockwise from top left:
- Towa: A researcher for the dark world. She's seeks the destruction of history and an energy called "Kiri."
- Mira: A powerful artificial life form. He aims to be the strongest, and works with Towa to destroy history.
- Toki Toki: A mysterious life-form that can create time.
- Toki no Kaiōshin (The Kai of Time): More than 75 million years old, the Kai of Time raised Toki Toki. She gathers the Dragon Balls to make a wish.
In the game, players take on the role of an original character who teams up with Trunks and the Kai of Time to stop Towa and Mira from changing the course of history in the Dragon Ball story.
The game is slated for early 2015, and Bandai Namco Games announced in June that the game will receive a Western release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
