Romantic comedy follows novice ecchi manga artist

This year's March issue of Shonen Gahosha's Monthly Young King Ours GH announced on Friday that Q-taro Hanamizawa's romantic comedy manga Marusei will end in the following issue on February 16.

Hanamizawa began the series in July, 2013 as a continuation of his earlier Shōnen Yo Taishi o Tedake! manga. Shonen Gahosha shipped the second compiled volume in August. The semi-autobiographical story follows novice ecchi manga artist "Q-Ichiro Hanabino" and his struggles in work and romance.

Studio Shaft produced a television anime of Hanamizawa's previous series REC in 2006.
