Muse Asia Licenses Spy×Family Season 3, Let This Grieving Soul Retire! Season 2

Muse Asia announced on Thursday that it will stream the third season of the anime of Tatsuya Endō's Spy×Family manga, as well as the second season of television anime of Tsukikage and Chyko's Let This Grieving Soul Retire! (Nageki no Bōrei wa Intai Shitai: Saijaku Hunter ni Yoru Saikyō Party Ikusei-jutsu) light novel series. Muse Asia also announced that its previously revealed streams for the May I Ask for One Final Thing? and My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero's will debut on October 4 at 12:30 a.m. GMT +8 and October 7 12:30 a.m. GMT +8, respectively.

Muse Asia's stream for the third season of Spy×Family will premiere on October 4 at 11:00 p.m. GMT +8 in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Singapore, Vietnam, and Pakistan. The anime will be available later on October 18 in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Aside from Muse Asia's YouTube channel, the show will be available on bilibili, iQIYI, Crunchyroll, FPTPlay, My-TV, True Visions Now, Vidio, meWATCH, CatchPlay, and Media Prima (Tonton).

Past seasons' episode director Yukiko Imai is directing the third season at Wit Studio and CloverWorks, replacing second season directors Kazuhiro Furuhashi and Takahiro Harada. Yuki Takeuchi (Ishura, Witch Watch) and past seasons' episode art director Tomomi Sugimoto are now in charge of art setting, Keita Watanabe (Wind Breaker 3D director) is the CG director, and Rina Koguchi (Black Butler: Emerald Witch Arc, YATAGARASU: The Raven Does Not Choose Its Master) is the third season's editor.

The new season will also have returning cast and staff.

SPITZ performs the opening theme song "Hi o Mamoru" (Protect the Light). Lilas Ikuta performs the ending theme song "Actor."

The first anime season's first half premiered in April 2022. The anime's second half premiered in Japan in October 2022. The anime's second season premiered in October 2023 and aired for 12 episodes.

The SPY×FAMILY Code: White anime film opened in Japan in December 2023 and topped the Japanese box office in its first weekend. The film is an all-new work with an original story. Muse Asia opened the film in various Southeast Asian territories from February to March 2024.

Viz Media is publishing Tatsuya Endō's original and ongoing manga in English, and it describes the story:

Master spy Twilight is the best at what he does when it comes to going undercover on dangerous missions in the name of a better world. But when he receives the ultimate impossible assignment—get married and have a kid—he may finally be in over his head!

Not one to depend on others, Twilight has his work cut out for him procuring both a wife and a child for his mission to infiltrate an elite private school. What he doesn't know is that the wife he's chosen is an assassin and the child he's adopted is a telepath!

Muse Asia's stream for the second season of Let This Grieving Soul Retire! will premiere on October 4 at 11:30 p.m. GMT +8. Aside from Muse Asia's YouTube channel, the show will be available on bilibili, WeTV, FPTPlay, Transvision, meWATCH, and CatchPlay.

J-Novel Club is publishing the novels in English, and it describes the story:

The anime stars:

Masahiro Takata (High-Rise Invasion, The Family Circumstances of the Irregular Witch, The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World) directed the first season at Zero-G, and was also credited as the sound director, with Saber Links on sound production. Hideki Shirane (Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, Aria the Scarlet Ammo, Date A Live) was in charge of the series scripts. Yūsuke Isouchi (Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It) and Shingo Fujisaki designed the characters. Ryōhei Sataka (Release the Spyce, D4DJ First Mix, Do It Yourself!!) composed the music, with Avex Pictures on music production. Lezel performed the opening theme song "Kattō Tomorrow" (Conflict Tomorrow), and Pmarusama performed the "Scream!" ending theme song. 

The first season debuted in October 2024. Muse Asia streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.
