Vspo! Goes International; Open Auditions for New English-Speaking and Chinese VTuber Projects
TOKYO (August 12, 2023) - Virtual Entertainment Inc. is proud to announce the upcoming launch of two new esports focused VTuber projects with VSPO! EN and VSPO! CN . With an already firm and reputation in Japan, VSPO! is now looking to transcend borders and reach out to a worldwide audience. Auditions will be held starting from August 12th midnight (PT) / 15:00 (CST) , all anglophone and sinophone aspirants are welcome to apply to each respective group.
The VTuber market keeps steadily growing worldwide with many new faces and supporting production agencies appearing regularly. Keeping in tune with the cultural evolutions, Brave group , the group holding company, launched the US-based V4Mirai VTuber project back in June, which got to trend almost immediately after the debut with their appearance on the Anime Expo® 2023 stage in Los Angeles on July 2, 2023.
Counting over 300 millions monthly active users, bilibili is the premiere streaming platform for VTubers in China. With an established presence, MUGEN LIVE , operated by the And Epoch sister company, co-hosted with bilibili the VUP Apex Legends Tournament , reaching over 1M cumulated views and more than 30,000 concurrent viewers on July 29, 2023.
