I actually liked this show. No, it wasn't perfect, but it was dumb, harmless escapism, which is exactly what it needed to be.

The original failed to live up to the source material. Maybe a new season could do better.

I mean, it was intensely misogynistic, sexist, and homophobic.
I wouldn't call it harmless.
Unless you are consistently ignoring the whole "i tame the beast and made them proper women" narrative to the harem.

Just curious since I can't remember but when was it homophobic?

Just curious since I can't remember but when was it homophobic? |
When they get introduced into the guild, there is this scene where there are these members that are obviously gay stereotypes that try to assault the main character and are punchlines
