It's mint, so what? There are others available on eBay for around 10% of the price.

Here's a good one. This seller is trying to sell single anime DVDs for $25-$50 a pop. And most of them aren't even out of print!

Check it out: http://shop.ebay.com/closeoutmovies/m.html?_trksid=p4340.l2562

Negima Spring and Summer Specials DVD for $49.99? Ya, good luck. Anime hyper

Yeah, eBay is notorious for (some) sellers trying to price gouge fans. It definitely behooves a shopper to just sit tight for a while and observe various listings for any specific item over a period of time. Sometimes I look for figures on eBay and I'll see one vendor asking some crazy amount (say, $50+) for a single, small, relatively-common trading figure; and right below it is the entire set in the series (not bootlegs either) for the same price or less. I suppose some vendors are hoping people will just click on the first thing they see and not shop around, even within the same site. I wonder how often that works out for them, though?

[Here's the most recent example I've run across: You can buy a single Jojo's Dio Brando trading figure for $49.99 + S&H (please note, this is for a 3-inch tall figure!) or you can buy the entire set (from a vendor I know to be legit) for $39.99 + approximately the same S&H.]

Ronin Warriors for almost $2,000.00 WTF?!?! Seriously? And for as high price as this is he's still asking for shipping! Who in their right mind would even consider buying this at all!!! I loved this anime as a kid and would love to have this set but what the hell did this anime do to him? I don't see how this is worth this much at all!

Then the same guy is selling another Copy of the same things for $499! So what is the difference between the $1500 They look exactly the same?! Unless this boxset can grant three wishes its not work $2,000 or even $500.
I personally see this guy is a nut case.

Though in all seriousness if anyone can answer my question what is the difference between the 2 sets that would mark it up so much higher!?!

Well the 2 G one is brand new, and the $500 is like new, with some shelf ware and not in the wrapping.

I know I sold my copy of volume 1 for about $20 I think barely watched once.

If I had gotten the rest of them back in the day, maybe I could have made some decent money off of it.

Well...that's really not too bad. Besides, every region has their own price point for various stuffs. Japan's anime DVD price tags and content is the very definition of anti-sale...

But anyway, here's another one:

Who here would pay $300+ to sleep on top of Izaya?

Hey, you boys may have all sorts of options for sheets and hug pillows, but us girls have to take what we get!

Still, when you can pick one off eBay for under US$5, I can't see them staying in business too long.
