Okay, my mistake about the tankoubon. And given how many magazines they publish, I'm SURE a bunch of scans show up on 4chan and the like. My point is that they weren't exactly Shogakukan or Kadokawa. Or even Biblos. |

Not that I like internet predators (I'm assuming this to mean people who lure children, kidnap them, and rape and/or murder them). However, for the record, Dateline exists to pump fear and paranoia into the general TV viewing public for ratings. For the love of whatever you worship, don't rely on TV news magazines for an accurate picture of society. FBI crime stats and scholarly journals are much more reliable for this than, "Could your child be sucked into the vortex of a pedo chat room and be molested in the next 5 seconds?! The answer, after these messages." |

Lol. Alright, your right, I don't often rely on tv news to get my general concensus of society, I usually tend to ignore the news and all of the propaganda that it spews out, but I have seen the online reports, the fbi files (not the tv shows) and lists of predators online (it;s shocking but I actually found a few people that I used to know as a kid on that list). I know that tv isn't a good range but it's still a problem. People here have made light of it and have tried to make us see things from the other sides opinion but the thing is that it's still morally wrong to package kids underwear in a porn magazine. |

Remember the spinoffs. Gurochan. I heard not4chan and 420chan have rather regular CP floods.

Hey! Mama porn is hot! Also, bondage porn isn't really that disturbing at all. In fact, it's been done so many times that it's just not even exciting anymore. And if that stuff really bothers you, I'd advise you not to step anywere near the likes of Gurochan or Futaba's guro boards.

Um, it's wrong because if you act on that attraction, you cause major psychological damage to a young, developing mind. Plus sex with children is never concentual, because they are not fully able to comprehend the situation or its consequences.
See a doctor, please. |

Alright, guys, I'm pretty sure wildarms never said ANYTHING about acting out on his fetish. If that's the case, then he's not harming anybody.
Don't we have enough people in prison for fake nanny-state-mandated government-knows-best BS crimes in this country without trying to add more to the list?? |

"I don't have a little sister or a daughter, but if I did I probably would have been ogling them my self. " The fact that he will openly admit it, act as if he's doing no wrong and is carefree about it is bad enough and is pretty close to acting on it. |

Well if he's not acting on it, he ISN'T doing anything wrong. Doesn't anybody recognize anymore that for something to be a crime, it needs to violate someone's right to life, personal freedom (without infringing on other's of course), or the owning of property? If it doesn't, it is NOT A CRIME. |

It's like saying "I'd kill you if I had a weapon." Please, no more thought-crime police. Furthermore, I'd say wildarmsheero wouldn't act the same if he really has a sister / daughter. Allow me to quote Kenji Sasahara of Genshiken: "Those who are fond of little sister characters don't have a sister of their own. It's just their imaginary fantacies." |

Nobody said it was a crime. They just said it was sick and are disgusted. I wouldn't say it's close to acting on it, though, but it does open up the possibility of acting on it. People who rape children are people who are into that kind of thing, of course. Thus, naturally we want to minimize the people that have that kind of sick interest in society. If only we had that "precrime" thing like in Minority Report. Then we could have a thought-crime police...or something like it. |

Did you watch Minority Report?
In particular, did you see the ending which presents the fallacy of the concept of "pre-crime"? ![]() |
