Another character that I think should have an honorable mention for this list would be Super Sonico.
As for potential candidates for weirdest names there's the three main Pillar Men and 90% of DIO's henchmen from the Jojo series. I don't know if the names get any weirder after Stardust Crusaders (but I hope they do  )

I knew Alphone had to be on this list. He loves those snuggly paws and silly whiskers too much not to. :3
If you consider names like D-I-S-C-O, Funny Valentine, and Magenta Magenta weird, they sure do!

Add Suite Precure's Cure Rhythm(Kanade) as she goes from scary angry to hyper glee the moment she touches Hummy's paw. Even her bedroom has paw pillows.
