Episode 8
Raising funds...
Not as easy as they thought at first.
More politics and less fighting, well, at least with weapons.
Being on top is not at all fun and games.
Nobuna really needed those funds to rise more closely to the top.
Looks like support comes a a price tag.
The cooking contest was pretty fun to watch ^^

Episode 8
I enjoyed the cooking competition, who would think that the rule of the country would rely on future knowledge on video games, and how to fry food.
I do have some worries about Mitsuhide, I know from Sengoku Collection that she supposedly turns on Nobuna/ga and even though the situation has changed. It reminds me quite a bit of one of the recent Sengoku Collection episode where the Mitsuhide in that grew jealous of Nobunaga favoring other people.

Er... what?
Mitsuhide killing Nobunaga is common knowledge for the period so the dude has to see it coming. Him not taking any kind of action to help her deal with her issues seems odd.

I can't really hate Mitsuhide on what she did. I don't think she realize she was a part of Tsuda's plan to gain a share in the takoyaki market. Also she comes from traditional mindset of what loyal samurais do which she think Nobuna also shares when in truth, Nobuna's beliefs are very different from her.
Of course, will the distrusts between the two lead to the infamous temple incident?

Episode 9
They sure were enjoying their rainy day ^^
Especially now that things are going Nobuna's way.
Well, that seemed to be subjected to change.
On top of that Yoshiharu got himself kidnapped.
Luckily things turned out rather well considering the situation.

So our monkey did actively try to prevent Mitsuhide's fall, and everything seems to be turning out alright. It seems that Hisahide wanted the country to burn because she knew that she would not be accepted, but upon seeing Nobuna even get unarmed missionaries to follow her, she has had a change of heart. Botenmaru was pretty cool for her small appearance.

The latest episode 9 was actually good imo. Imagawa was the funniest one while a little tension goes on between Oda and Sagara.
Surprised at how much I'm enjoying this now (well, with the latest episode that is).

I'm enjoying this show, but they seem to vascillate between portraying the main character as a real creep and a really great guy. Which is he? A creepy great guy?

Episode 10
Day to day stuff...
Well, at least they had fun.
Nobuna is slowly making progress with her troupes too.
Seems like things won't go over without a fight.
Nobuna's feelings for Sagara really came out this time.

It was quite an episode, a bit I only understood because I learned something from Hyouka last week. We learned the truth about a certain couple, which was nice to see.
But I totally did not see Nobuna getting shot, it just came out of nowhere, and right during a motivational moment too. I can't wait to next week.

Episode 10 was great.
So Nagamasa is actually a girl and Nobusumi has an older wife.
Nobuna attempts a secret attack on the Asakura clan from Wakasa without provoking the Asai clan who are allies with the Asakuras. However, the Asai's betray Nobuna and her forces are trapped between the Asakura/Asai armies.
Yoshiharu volunteers to lead the rearguard forces to allow the rest of the Oda army to escape.
But Nobuna is shot during the retreat.

Episode 11
Lots of action is this episode.
Fights sure are a serious matter.
Sagara is learning that one fight at a time.
The bullet proof phone was a nice touch.
Nobuna's wedding fantasy sure was nice while it lasted.
Looks like she unconsciously confessed herself her strong feeling for Sagara.
