Anybody want to take a guess on the number of times the release(s) will be delayed?
I'll go with three times. Nice snag though Bandai. I'll pick it up eventually. |

K-On! already has an English dub
If they release it without one I will be very unhappy. |

I hope that they got both seasons. It will be on my buy list.
I was hoping for Bandai to get "Bakemonogatari". |

Well this is a bit, surprising
hopefully if Bandai does decide to dub this, they will try and dub all the music. |

According to Bayob, they only have the first season.

Now this is news. Much has been said about the viability and implications of licensing this sort of title —using "sort" in a deliberately vague manner— and today's acquisition will most probably fuel further debate on the matter. Which I welcome.
I myself am quite appreciative of this revelation. A title as momentous in popularity as K-On! really ought to have a chance within the R1 market. |

Dammit, since Bandai licensed K-On! for release over here, then that means we're not going to get the Animax dub. I really enjoyed Animax's English dub of K-On!, so I guess I can only hope Sony has the heart to release a Hong Kong version of the show like they did with Nodame Cantabile.
If there's ever a guarantee Sony isn't going to release the show in Southeast Asia with the Animax dub, then I'll just buy Bandai's release. Last edited by Razzuel on Thu Jul 01, 2010 5:46 pm; edited 1 time in total |

Sad isn't it. I know I used to like a lot more of what they picked up in the past. Now the only things I want from them are the rest of Kurokami and the Haruhi Suzumiya stuff.
I would have prefered that too. Last edited by Kruszer on Thu Jul 01, 2010 5:44 pm; edited 1 time in total |

When Bandai fails to learn from their mistakes, they deserve to fail.
Nice knowing you guys. I'll pick up the Gurren Lagann set before you disappear off the face of the industry. |

I am allowed to be wrong. After all, I am just a guy on a forum. Anyways, I hope that if they do dub it, they actually dub the songs instead of leaving them in Japanese like some other shows do. This could be another Beck if done with some effort. Also, where are people reading info about Blu-ray? |

DVD 2 just shipped out for me the other day, I also had it preordered, so your BD shouldn't be long in coming. |

Haha, sorry! I just got Gurren Lagann The Movie: Childhood's End in the mail, so I currently have Aniplex on my mind, and Animax and Aniplex fused together because they're so similar. Thanks for pointing that out! |
