Damn that's an amazing array of voice actors... Not sure what to think about this yet, i'm not super negative against CG as it can mesh quite well with 2D animation, especially if it's primarily used in fast paced action sequences.
But yeah, with a voice cast like that you simply have to check it out  .

All female casts with uniforms like that...don't interest me. I assume they should, as I'm a hetero male, but I agree with this:
Princess exiled due to a Break/Broken Blade-like scenario kind of interests me. Though, I've never been big on mecha...I've not even touched any of the big mecha franchises. Will be interesting to see what they reveal in the lead up to this. |

For quite some time I've been wanting a mecha series with a main cast of females that don't treat the subject different because they are girls. This is pretty close to what I was hoping for. I just hope fanservice isn't too prevalent. But judging from their outfits, that's probably an impossible dream.
I'll definitely be checking it out though. It sounds interesting and I think Yui Ogura has the voice of an angel, so it fits the show! |

They're not gonna stop using CGI any time soon, probably ever. Might as well get used to it. Anyway, I'm hype for such a female centric mecha show. |

This actually could be pretty good. I'd rather girls not battle in slutty outfits, but hey, won't complain. I just hope that if they sexualize the girls it's not at times when they're fighting cause I always found that distracting and annoying.
I'll be looking forward to it. |

If it wasn't for the "almost nothing pilot suits" I would be instantly interested. Probably going to watch it anyway, but still an all femal pilot cast and Sunrise has them going into battle in those things. They could've just been skin-tight biker outfits with tails, if the tails are important? Since it looks like the mecha seats are going for a bike motif pre-robot mode.

I can easily see the soundtrack being the best part of this series. I mean, Akiko Shikata? Yeah, it's in perfect hands.
The voice cast looks alright too I guess, though I've personally never been a fan of Mizuki as a seiyuu. She's a great singer, but I feel there are much better female seiyuu out there. Like Yukari Tamura.

Cause of the sword? The colors of the suit and the WoL don't match Destiny though. The gundam it is closest to (which was likely also based on SF) is Leos II. http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/Extreme_Gundam_Type_Leos_II_Vs?file=Extremeleo.png It has blue light coming out of the wings when moving as well. |
