Does this mean that China will slowly begin to inforce anti-piracy rules? I wonder how well Bubble Mon Licensing will do seeing as how many cheaper bootlegs are easily available on the Chinese markets.

Good. The less bootlegs out of there, the better it is for all of us. If you've sat through terrible Chinese subs like I have in the past; these guys will be doing the whole world a favor.

Yea, I had to get my Dogbert poster out on the "demons of stupidity" on this one. The bootleg capital of the world and they are going to license their stuff to the rest of the world.
