Well, my research (consisting mostly of searching an anime that fits and comparing them to your anime list) narrows this to three anime and my guess is.....
spoiler[Abel says this to Esther in Trinity Blood because he was displeased that she disobeyed his orders] Sources say my guess is right as well. |

It's from episode 12. He slapped her because of how much he cares about her. I don't remember the instance getchman is talking about.

I am certain that A and B aren't the same person, unless the speaker magically changed his hair from black to white & became younger.....

I mean I think that spoiler[Kumohira] says both of those lines.
Sub. Character A: A Date? Now you're just making light of me. A date with Character A doesn't come cheap. Character B: Guess you'll just have to buy her a juice box. Character A: A date with me is worth less than a juice box?! A date will be fine. I want the date. I've kind of wanted some good summer memories. Character B: Guess it's settled then.
