Judging from how this tournament is being set, I'd say that it will be quite a while before you can start the next tournament. The tournament currently being held started about two weeks ago, and keep in mind that there are 128 contestants entered into this tournament. Up to this point we are only in the second group of ROUND 1. And we're still open for voting. If you figure about a week for each group, which is sixteen, then you have to do the second round, third round, quarters, semis, I think you can do the math on that one. |

This tournament may be quicker, but the previous tournament was about six months from the start of the actual tournament thread until the final winner was announced.

I don't mind if you do it, I'd actually like someone else doing it for once... Just keep in mind that you'll probably be putting in a good 5+ hours setting up each initial group, longer for the first one. It gets easier as you go on though... I mean, this is assuming you're going to be providing pictures and/or profiles and links if needed, in addition to setting up tournament brackets, groups, etc...

Is that really correct?! Sheesh. Anything that sucks up that much time should accomplish more than just another popularity contest for characters that don't even really exist. Wow, I mean, I'm just speechless for once. |

I knew that from the start. Thats why I planned on starting early. I'm glad you don't mind me doing this. |

I suppose he means right now but I don't really know who I consider to be the meanist character so I will have to say adieu....

I know this isn't the nicest thing in the world to say, but I highly doubt I'd even be interested in participating in a Mean Character contest. The subject matter just doesn't really interest me all that much, and it has a lot of potential to evolve into a "Which anime character is the biggest bitch?" hate-fest.

I think that's what he means too, but I'm not sure. That's why I want to know before I say anything else. |

I'd also contact the webmasters.

Why? They're busy enough as it is. They gave me the responsibility of maintaing the forums, and I think I've done a decent job thus far. I know I can at least handle the decision of stickying a tournament thread . |

No, don't contact the webmasters. They have nothing to do with this kind of thing. The mods are the ones that matter. There are people above them, but they don't need to be contacted about it; if they have an issue with it, they'll say something or have the mods deal with it.
EDIT: Okay, so Tony responded while I was making my message. Basically what I said. |

On top of what's being said, what exactly would categorize a character as mean anyway? I see a lot of the killers being nominated as mean characters, and I also see a lot of discrimination towards a majority of the characters anyway.
