No, the Anime Network simulcasted Motto To Love-ru & To Love-ru Darkness S1 back when they simulcast shows. This is the first show from the series that Crunchyroll has streamed.

curious that its US/Canada only.

Finally, Symphogear GX got picked up.

Interesting to see Perfect Insider too although it won't debut until Fall. I think Gakkou Gurashi and Himouto will also come to CR soon.

Those two shows might get be picked up on NIS America than Crunchyroll. Just Saying. Too Bad FUNi won't get Symphogear again.

Considering how bad the first season got screwed over, I don't think I want them touching it again.

With my experience with CR, I doubt they'll sub the songs too. Considering how Symphogear songs are story-relevant, it'd be a shame.

I know. FUNI did screw it up. It's better if it's on CR.

The Anime Network was still doing exclusive simulcasts then, so they handled it. As I recall, that was the last season they did exclusive simulcasts.

Motto To Love-ru wasn't simulcast. It was acquired after the season ended.

Unless they can get an uncensored simulcast, I will be resorting to watching the uncensored version via fansub.

Considering the first Darkness series wasn't uncensored even on AT-X, you may be waiting a while to do that.

Gakkou Gurashi! was already announced on July 2 by Sentai as a license under the English title School Live!:
animenewsnetwork.com/news/2015-07-02/sentai-filmworks-acquires-ushio-and-tora-gate-school-live-wakaba-girl-aoharu-x-machinegun-anime/.89985

That essentially clenches it as a CR simulcast.

TheAncientOne, was it considering how extreme that the Darkness manga is that even the AT-X version was censored? This I find weird considering that they also have had other extreme titles like the DxD franchise.

Love Live's songs were subbed, so it just depends on what the licensor wants to do.

infamoustakai, that would be interesting if they decide to do broadcast dubs.
If Sentai did simuldubs, they'd probably appear on TAN. Since TAN sucks ass worse than Funi(when was the last time they updated anything?) and isn't even directly affiliated with Sentai, I doubt it's ever going to happen.

They did release a Roku app recently.

If you mean shows, they seem to add a few each month, but I assume you were referring to their website or delivery infrastructure.

Really? I couldn't find any news on their site that wasn't from 2012 when I checked before making that post. A quick look in the forums didn't combat that impression, but I did find a post that mentioned that the third-party video player they use apparently hadn't been upgraded to the newest version available(and that video player was easily the worst thing about TAN when I had a subscription, since it clearly wasn't meant for subtitled shows).

With triage x and shinmai censorship it makes me wonder if monster musume would be better off with funimation.
