Okay, nevermind the link.
I actually haven't had a chance to read Hungry Marie yet. Back Street Girls kinda gives me a Great Teacher Onizuka vibe in the style. I like the comedic bits such as when one of them realizes they're acting like a girl(such as one of them giving a typical "girly" scream. "Kyaaaaaa!" and the face of one of the others morphs into the former male version with a shocked and aghast expression. I think it'll lend itself pretty well to animation. |

Heh, sounds promising then. I'm always up for a well-executed comedy anime (regardless of what it's about). Personally, I find a lot of comedy in anime to be on the toothless side, but this sounds different.

I recommend Ixion Saga: DT for the best comedy take on the Isekai genre.
An older gender bender manga I wish could get an anime is Pretty Face by Yasuhiro Kanō from the early 00s. Probably the funniest one I have yet read. |

LMAO I read the title as Back Street Boys for a second. With that said, the plot sounds funny, but I'll wait for a trailer to see how it looks first.
