The article was about animation afterall. I not saying that all of that collection is anime, or NK animation, but I'll hazard a guess that a good majority of it is.

Yes, but before I seriously believe anything about what Kim Jong-Il does or does not in his free time I'd like to have at least a major newpaper as a source.

Of course, the mental image of Kim Jong-Il watching School Rumble or writing angry posts in an anime forum about Gonzo ruining yet another anime is terribly funny.
