Yes & yes, but in place of Raditz I pick Arale Norimaki. I want to split the planet in two with a little android girl & scare the ever living hell out of Vegeta.

Said it before and I will again; the character this game really needs now is the Pilaf Gang in a mecha. The only series at this point that isn’t represented at all is OG Dragon Ball, and they would be perfect; you would get fun, goofy animations on top of it being an unexpected, outside-the-box pick.
Also, Roshi’s 2H better be a nosebleed after pulling out a dirty magazine.

The only character I hope they don't adapt is Jako The Galaxy Policeman.
His acrobatics may have been amusing in the film, but aside from some neat cowboy-shooting, his absolute lack of flight or even energy blasts, much less a "unique gimmick" that even Mr Satan has, will have him stick out like a sore thumb. Plus, his dull and mean personality is distracting compared to the rest of the hammy and dramatic cast.
