Is this the right thread for postings related to Time of Eve: The Movie? It is now playing as a 105 minute anime on CR.

I never saw the series -- can someone post a summary of what the difference are?

IIRC, it is literally a compilation of all of the Time of Eve episodes.

Overall, it's the same story. The movie just extends it a bit. It has new scenes opening and ending the film, and as transitions between the ONA episodes.
