Konami censor the US release of the cards based on misconceptions of what is acceptable in the West. Cutting out UDE won't do anything about this. UDE only ever censored one card because it featured domestic violence.

Unit 03.5-ish what happens with the cards will have no bearing whatsoever about what happens with the anime.
