Nice, I think this will give me the motivation to finally play the games. I only own Dragon Quest 8, but haven't started it yet.
This article makes me wonder, though: - Is the release in thursday only for Japan or worldwide? - Will this be close to the originals or a remaster with updated graphics? Is it for virtual console? |

i'm pretty sure they will be based on the remastered phone versions. played the thirst part on my android phone a few months ago. worked pretty well, since it's not very complex and large.

I hope this is global, I hope the new SMT I, II, and If... releases are global, just give us the classic jrpgs we want.

I see no reason why they would not bring this over to at least North America if not a good chunk of the rest of the world.

I was about to say, "Wake me when they get to VIII", it's a good game, and the one I never got around to getting a copy of on PS2. It's also the only one I've played so far, but definitely a good one to start with.
