Just a small note: the subtitle on the article says the cast will include Jun Fukuyama, when according to both the main article and the website, it's actually Jun Fukushima. (I've made that mistake before too. Anime smile + sweatdrop )

Given the fact that the LN started in Sep. '13, I think that we might get only 1 cour for the time being.

Given that I enjoy harem LN-/manga-based anime, this is definitely on my list of Winter 2016 anime titles to watch. The others are Active Raid, Four Rhythm, Durarara!!x2 Ketsu,Gensou no Grimgar, Phantom World, Saijaku Muhai no Bahamut, and Schwarzesmarken.

Mountain, Island, what's the difference.

Now, who in the bloody hell are Luna and Ruffian?

OK. So it's not just me. I've been racking my brain, trying to figure that out too because neither of those names rings any bell for me.

I'm going to take a guess and say Luna is the clerk lady who registers and works at the adventure's guild.

Unlike Overlord this one makes clear from day one that our protagonist is dead (and the new plaything of a goddess without a string), I like that. Keep the fantasy themed anime coming, I can't get enough of them Very Happy

OK, somebody's going to be losing their voice before this thing is through. Maybe she didn't even last the trailer. Let's see... Megumin? Oh, she's the new voice actress who played the lead in Seiyu's Life. Wow, it's almost like she didn't learn anything from the show.

I'll be watching this for her, uh, character. I already liked the design, now I can get immersed in a loud experience. Loud, screechy, shrill and strained.

I'm not as confident about the crusader named "Darkness" though and what she means for the series, mangled to Dakunes phonetically somehow yet still pronounced correctly- if this licensed and dubbed or even subbed, this will be a mess. The ironic naming implies a number of things, few of them "original".

"Main character dies saving someone from a traffic accident in chapter 1" is something I've seen a few times now (though in this case, spoiler[he dies of shock, not realizing that the vehicle wasn't big or fast enough to hurt him]). Is this just something that goes back to Yu Yu Hakusho?

They made this trailer look more serious than this series actually is. Although I don't understand Japanese and I've only read the manga so there's a chance I'm wrong.

I had been reading the source material for this one and found it fun in a very slapstick way. It's also the greatest anti-harem that I've recently read as well (despite the mainly female party, for those unaware, the protagonist is consistently frustrated by them rather than turned on).

But, with Deen behind the animation, I can only hope that they'll improve their quality and give a great release here. Not like their abysmal work on Log Horizon 2.
