Aniplex of America announced the English dub cast for the Record of Grancrest War television anime at its Anime NYC panel on Friday. The company also began streaming a trailer for the dub. The dub is slated to debut in 2019.

The dub cast includes:

Chris Cason is serving as ADR Director. Aniplex of America announced its license of the series at Anime Expo in July 2017.

The anime premiered in Japan this past January, and Crunchyroll and Hulu streamed the series as it aired.

Record of Grancrest War (Grancrest Senki) adapts author Ryo Mizuno and illustrator Miyū's light novel series of the same name. Aniplex of America describes the fantasy action story:

A lone mage named Siluca and a vagrant knight named Theo make an oath as master and retainer, with hopes of bringing reform to a land riddled with war and chaos. Atlatan, a land ruled by chaos. Siluca, a lone mage, and Theo, a vagrant knight continue his journey of training to someday liberate his homeland from tyrannical rule.

Mamoru Hatakeyama (Shōwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjū, Sankarea: Undying Love) directed the series at A-1 Pictures. Mizuno and tabletop RPG writer Shunsaku Yanoare were in charge of series composition. WriteWorks was credited with the script, and Hiroshi Yakou (animation director for Prison School, Heavy Object) designed the characters. Yūgo Kanno (Psycho-Pass, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable) composed the music, and Yoshikazu Iwanami (Fate/Zero, Kill la Kill) was sound director.

Viz Media is releasing Makoto Yotsuba's manga adaptation of the novels.
