(https://Gugenka.jp/) have announced details for MIKU LAND 2021 SUMMER VACATION, a virtual amusement park dedicated to the virtual singer Hatsune Miku. The world is slated to open from August 27th (Fri.) – 31st (Tues.), and users worldwide can visit via the VR live communication service Virtual Cast or the AR app HoloModels.

┃Visit the new MIKU LAND to enjoy a virtual summer vacation with VTubers and idols
MIKU LAND is a Hatsune Miku themed amusement park in virtual reality which opens for a limited time in Virtual Cast (https://store.steampowered.com/app/947890/VirtualCast/), a live VR communication service operated by Virtual Cast, Inc. During the event period, visitors can explore the vast venue in their own custom avatar, take part in immersive VR attractions/activities, meet up with popular idols in VR face-to-face and purchase Hatsune Miku inspired VR items all from the comfort of their homes.

Following the spring edition held last April, the latest installment “MIKU LAND 2021 SUMMER VACATION” will introduce new summer-themed areas such as an underwater concert stage, a tropical beach and a chilling haunted house. Additionally, the central plaza will transform into a Japanese summer festival venue where visitors can experience virtual Bon Odori (a traditional Japanese festival dance) with Hatsune Miku.

At MIKU LAND, visitors can meet up and take pictures with their favorite Piapro characters such as Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin & Len, Megurine Luka and also popular idols. Special guests include, Tokino Sora (https://en.hololive.tv/portfolio/items/tokino-sora) from the VTuber talent agency Hololive, the idol group GEMS COMPANY (https://gemscompany.jp/) produced by Square Enix, VTuber Shinonome Megu (https://www.youtube.com/c/MeguRoom/), Mikudayo and Snow Miku's pet character Rabbit-Yukine.

┃VOCA COLLE VR Night in MIKU LAND ~Hatsune Miku 14th Anniversary~
VOCA COLLE VR Night is a VR clubhouse event that features Vocaloid songs ranging from popular classics to new trending songs from The VOCALOID Collection (https://vocaloid-collection.jp/). In celebration of Hatsune Miku's 14th Anniversary, the latest installment will take place on August 31st, 19:00-21:00 JST and will be streamed live on Niconico. Hatsune Miku and MIKU LAND's official ambassador Shinonome Megu will be performing a virtual concert at the new Mermaid Stage. With Hatsune Miku on vocals and Shinonome Megu on chorus and guitar, they will be covering songs such as MIKU LAND's theme-song Happy Coaster [music/lyrics: emon(Tes.)] and also Shinonome Megu's original song Happy Free! For those who cannot attend the concert in VR, live streaming will be available on Niconico and Youtube.

MIKU LAND offers a wide variety of event-exclusive virtual merchandise inspired by popular Vocaloid songs. New items will include the paper mask featured in ROKI (Music: Mikito P / Art : Rocoru) and the school backpack from Shoujo Rei (Music: Mikito P / Art : Katou Rei). Both items can be worn by avatars in Virtual Cast. Visitors can also pick up seasonal items such as parasols, fireworks and even a Suikawari (watermelon splitting game) set to fully enjoy a virtual summer vacation.
