Nice, definitely thinking about getting this in the future even with that price tag. Thank goodness for this news!

Hmmm. I caught the simulcast of this and there was stuff about the show I liked and stuff I didn't. Kinda leaning towards getting this eventually, though.

This obviously makes no sense to me... I thought that Funimation held the license to this series?? o.o??

I clicked hoping that the article would have a concrete date for the release. This is a nice pick up for NIS America. Ever since this anime aired I thought that it would be a good fit for NISA.

You must be confusing it with another series. Funimation had nothing to do with this one. It was simulcast on Crunchyroll before this revelation, and that's the only relationship that's been known since the series came out.

I don't know why that's weird. This wouldn't be their first sub-only combo pack. In fact, any of their releases that came as combos previously, with the exception of Toradora!, would have been sub-only sets.
I'm personally glad to see it coming out from NISA, since that means it will be a quality release. I really enjoyed the series while it was airing, and I hope they can confirm that they got the OVA episode as well.

I had thought that Funi had streamed it, but I guess not. I thought they had gotten this one at the same time as Kamisama Kiss... OTL..

Very happy for this pick up finally. This is probably my favorite highschool romcom from the past few years right along with Ao Haru Ride. Even made me go out and start buying the manga for it. Last time I bought manga before that was at least 3-4 years ago. Would have done the same for Ao Haru Ride if it was actually available. This will be an easy buy for me. Especially since NIS America seems to have stopped doing the extra large packaging and sticking to more standard dvd/blu-ray height packaging.

Finally! I've been waiting for someone to license this for a long time. I thought that it was a pretty good show so I'll definitely be buying this.

Well, I enjoyed this anime enough to start collecting the manga. Think I'll end up buying this.

Yes! I was waiting for news like this. NIS has many of my favorite titles, and their production quality is always stellar

I'm really liking these new boxes that nisa are putting out. Not sure if i wanna buy this one or not, it was pretty good, but i don't really like buying series that i'm not sure will be finished or not....
Also, are we ever gonna get katanagatari on standard edition?? Come on, nisa!

Personally I miss the old long boxes since I could easily find a way to store them on my bookshelf(and the new boxes take up more space). But regardless, NISA does great releases and it will be nice when they officially acknowledge that they have this.
