I knew there was already an alternate English title to the 1992 TV special but couldn't remember the name, thanks for showing me the link there. But yeah, as long as Discotek is able to release that TV special regardless of what it'll be called, then finally all four of the Lupin TV specials directed by Osamu Dezaki will be on Region 1 DVD. While the liner notes for the 1992 TV special could include notice on the whole alternate title usage for the release. Much like the Mystery of Mamo DVD liner notes mentions the alternate titles to that movie.
