I agree that Redo of Healer is a shitty unoriginal rape fantasy. The violence porn is of course reprehensible, but the brain dead writing is the biggest reason why I am dropping it.

I am convinced Sentai is not dropping this crappy show because they had to know what they were getting into, and the version they are streaming is heavily censored that I don't think they will get in trouble with the law. At worst I could see the show totally flopping, and Sentai just doing a bare bones, sub only BD release.

not having to buy stupidly expensive BD's to see boobs is probably a contributing factor. i'm sure the same thing will happen next season when ATX gets a new show with titties

The more I think about it, the reason no one is willing to simulcast Redo of Healer in Germany is because of their strict laws on age verification for material that is FSK 18 or higher (placed on a specific "index"). I looked around a German streaming site and they had nothing higher than FSK 16 - they even had a partially censored version of Elfen Lied. (All the nudity was intact, but there were abrupt cuts at some of the gorier moments.)

Makes sense. For example video games released in Germany often have the gorier parts cut/edited and sometimes the blood featured is changed in color. They're much more lenient on nudity.
