I wonder what the legality would be of developing some software (whether web based or a downloadable .exe) that would say, open up a Crunchyroll/Hulu/Whatever stream in one window and would sync up a Youtube audio commentary with it?

It'd be an extra step and probably wouldn't gain as much popularity because of it, but legally you aren't doing anything more than playing two streams at once, right?
