While I haven't watched "Re:Zero" yet, I think it was getting overrated from reading about so much. Thus, "Kabaneri" being deemed the best anime within 12 months is refreshing, even though I agree "Kabaneri" was not that promising of a show.

Hell yeah Kabaneri. Loved it.
Also, like the reviews mentioned, I'm still in awe of the animation even after this time, like in that finale ep. Also, completely agree with it winning #1 soundtrack. Like joac101 said, would love another season after season 2 of Attack on Titan. Re:Zero was pretty awesome too. Cool to see Bungou Stray Dogs in the top 10, even beating out some heavy hitters. It's been real good and the art/animation is killin' it, they're so good. Hiroshi Kamiya keeps rocking, can't wait to hear him (and the dub actor too) again as Mephisto in more Blue Exoricist.
Yeah, it's really cool seeing Allen made it despite how long it's been since we'd gotten more D.Gray-man. Yeah, I guess not. 91 Days seemed kinda cool, need to watch the rest of it. |
