Good review. The problem mostly is the source material is just alright in the beginning, but needed for storytelling and world building. In fact, this is a much polished version, as the game version is the beginning is quite rough, though now it's formatted to fit the anime. Though the next season, Arknights: Perish in Frost, will be Eps 4-6, and will be great, as the source material just gets better each episode. I'm excited for the next season to show how good and thought-provoking Arknights lore is.

Thank you for the review. The Misha saga has always been the weakest part of the Arknights story and the next season based on chapters 4+ should be excellent. I hope you give it one more shot.
