Oh come on, if the person actually bothers to accurately make the box AND cosplay Snake, it should count.

Hmm, that's a tricky one about a video game character made for an anime inspired vide game. I'd say that if they only showed up in the anime that would work, but Guinness may have other ideas.

Oh the Snake costume and a box, if they cosplayed as Snake and had a box, sure that's fine. But I'm talking about just an average joe in a box. That won't work.
