I guess Oniokoshi is soon to follow then. I haven't really enjoyed either of them as sequels to Higurashi, but on their own they'd be fine I guess? Only issue is the personalities of the parents act as a stand in for character traits of the children, so if you're not familiar with Higurashi you wouldn't care about this manga to begin with.
Based on the plot I'm expecting a third (maybe fourth?) manga as answer arcs |
