More than a year passed since the last time I've heard of this series, I almost forgot there was going to get a sequel. Feel bad for anyone who was waiting for it, I guess.

Honestly? I didn't even know this was getting a sequel until now.

Though, not surprising that it had to be delayed, considering Silver Link's projects keep going to shit.

I didn't think it was getting a second season, so pleasantly surprised but not of the delay; Silver Link is stretching themselves rather thinly of late.

With the sequels/continuations for Eminence in Shadow, Ancient Magus's Bride, Goblin Slayer, The Rising of the Shield Hero, and The Faraway Paladin all due out in the fall season, I'm perfectly fine with this one getting delayed.

I'm not really surprised this is getting delayed (especially when we haven't had any more news on it), especially from Silver Link, but the seasons are packed enough as is.

I was wondering why nothing had been heard about the new season but this explains it. Hope this comes out early in 2024.

Well I feel like I shouldn't be surprised by the Delay, given a lot of anime projects these days, even during this season where episodes are getting delayed after 2 weeks or more such as Zom 100 & Misfit Demon Academy. But I am happy to hear that this anime which I enjoyed immensely, is still getting a second season. Silver Link made the right choice by Delaying, to fixing the animation to make sure it runs smooth as possible and less likely to crunch more. God bless the animators.
