Koichi's name is displayed just fine in the manga's translation
(And the translation itself is perfectly fine)

The summary it's fine, but not exactly right: Koichi fell in love with Miroku and she's the one not too keen of the idea of marrying a human… spoiler[at first, now they quite in love.].

Based on other posts, I'm guessing the name was supposed to be Kouichi / Kōichi, and the ō character got garbled along the way. So that's probably more in the process of creating the write-up on this site, rather than anything from the manga release itself. As for the synopsis, the writing style is pretty typical of "translated directly from Japanese marketing synopses" text.
