And now they have to remove ALL content they don't own, lest they become HYPOCRITES. You don't go around C&Ding other sites when your very own website hosts pirated material that you have zero claim over, and you're making money off of it. |

Hahaha, little story, we went around to the Comic Con and bought their T-shirt: 
Then a friend came by, and she started asking what the T-shirt is about. Of course we wouldn't tell a young girl about it, so we laughed it off and told her just to google it. So walking around the show floor, she kept asking us about it and googling her phone all the possible picture combinations. Eventually we told her just ask people around, one of 'em is bound to know. When she finally got what she's been looking for, she turned beet red flabbergasted. Corrupting the innocent is so much fun!

Not defending fakku but the difference is that crunchyroll was profiting off pirated fan content. Not just ads, but "premium" video service as well. |

Didn't Crunchyroll host legit and pirated streams at the same time? I imagine Fakku's probably going to do the same thing, but probably over a much longer period because of their larger catalogue, unless they don't care about hypocrisy and try to leave everything else up as long as they can get away with it.
@Lusbox: How apropos. EDIT: Ads like Fakku has? Hell they've even got a store! They're almost certainly making a great deal of money(how they financed this deal), whereas Crunchyroll was headed towards ruin before going above-board. I generally don't buy hentai (the less physical evidence the better), but I'd definitely buy those Homunculus and Gunma books. However due to certain characters' appearences, I'd only do so if they became available on Amazon. Because I'm not risking having those put through customs.
