Live-Action Rurouni Kenshin Films Top 12 Billion Yen

The three live-action Rurouni Kenshin films have collectively earned over 12 billion yen (about US$112 million).

The Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno sold 4,011,497 tickets over 76 days, earning a box office total of 5,180,733,800 yen (US$48,347,800). Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends sold 3,035,533 tickets over 33 days, earning a box office total of 3,875,672,300 yen (US$36,244,938)
