Plot Summary:
In an apartment complex where the landlord's room doubles as an adult boutique, where a magical girl appears unannounced, and a little girl takes to calling every adult around her Mom and Dad, a new married tenant, Kanae Hasuma arrives. Satoru has a crush on the widow Chiho, but Chiho is still haunted by her dead husband's memory. Satoru doesn't know where to start, romatically, but with some private lessons and encouragement from Kanae, perhaps Satoru can become the man that revives Chiho's romantic life and passion.
