The Case Files of Jeweler Richard U.K. Blu-ray Will Be Released on Monday

"One night, a college student with a strong sense of justice, Seigi Nakata, saved a gorgeous foreigner, Richard, who was being harassed by some drunks. When Seigi found out that Richard was a jeweler, he asked for an appraisal on a ring with a shady history; one which his grandmother had kept secret until she died. The appraisal had revealed her past, truth, and desire. It led Seigi to work as a part-time employee for Richard's jewelry store, the 'Jewelry Etranger' in Ginza."
Tarou Iwasaki (One Week Friends, Sweetness & Lightning, Ryoko's Case File) directed the anime at the studio Shuka (Natsume's Book of Friends, Durarara!!, 91 Days), and One Week Friends episode writer Mariko Kunisawa (Ascendance of a Bookworm, Hatsukoi Limited, Magimoji Rurumo) supervised the story and wrote the scripts. Natsuko Kondou (Karakai Jōzu no Takagi-san chief animation director, One Week Friends episode animation director) is adapting Utako Yukihiro's original novel character art for animation, and also serving as chief animation director. Nobuko Toda (One Week Friends, Sweetness & Lightning) is composing the music.
Masakazu Kawazoe served as "Richard Supervisor" by overseeing the animation of Richard's bearing and movement. Real-life jewel appraiser and Japan Jewel Patent Judgment Association representative director Naokazu Kudō supervised the anime's depiction of jewels.

"The domed city of Romd is an impenetrable would-be utopia where humans and robots coexist, and everything is under complete government control - or so it appears. While working on a mysterious murder case, Re-l Mayer, a female detective from the Civilian Intelligence Office, receives a foreboding message that something is going to "awaken." That night, she's attacked by a deformed super-being.

Tatsuma Minamikawa (Fire Force TV 2, Wave, Listen to Me!) directed the anime at project No.9. Satoru Sugizawa (Love After World Domination) oversaw the series scripts, and Hiromi Katō (Goblin Slayer II, A Returner's Magic Should Be Special) adapted neco's original character designs for animation. Kadokawa published the novel series' first volume in July 2017, and the ninth and final volume in August 2020.

Tomoki Kobayashi (Utawarerumono, Takunomi., Akame ga KILL!) directed the anime at studio Gekkō, and Starry Cube produced. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Black Clover, Girls' Last Tour) oversaw the series scripts, Shōko Yasuda (My Happy Marriage, Am I Actually the Strongest?) designed the characters, and Keiji Inai (Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? franchise) composed the music.
Kaito launched the light novel series on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2019. Hobby Japan's HJ Bunko imprint is publishing the novels with illustration by Arumikku.
