Plot Summary: U.C. 0093 - Char Aznable, the infamous "Red Comet" of the One Year War, has come out of hiding to lead the Neo-Zeon Army and wage war against the Earth Federation. Char's Counterattack is the first original full-length theatrical feature for the Gundam franchise (the Mobile Suit Gundam movie trilogy consisted of footage from the TV series). It is also the first Gundam title to incorporate computer-generated animation sequences (namely a five-second shot of a Colony rotating in space).
