Why does no one call JC Staff out as much as they do with Mappa for the shit ton of shows they work on all at once? This is insanity.

I think it’s probably because MAPPA is a lot more well known especially to causal anime fans, I agree with you though JC staff (and any other studio for that matter that overworks to this degree) should definitely be called out as well.

As the first volumes of the manga, yes. While still has fanservice, it has toned down a lot.

Oh, they were called out a few years ago, namely during the period of 2017-2020. I know because I was one of those people. IDK if fumbling the third season of Railgun made them snap out of it, but they've generally been in a better spot since then (by a bit, at least).
And its much easier for casual audience to remember the name "Mappa" instead of "J.C.Staff", especially if that studio produces some of the most popular shows out there.

Because they can handle it more and have experience with it while Mappa isn’t even having the size Pierrot having except of 220 production assistants while number of animators working there are below 50.

Can't remember the last time a show like this got a 2-cour anime.
Also funny how they have two Sayumi's in the cast. Though I also have to imagine Marin Kitagawa was a heavy inspiration for the blonde because they look too much alike down to the uniform (unless that's a cosplay?).

I was about to be surprised that this got 2 cours, but then I remembered its JC Staff, so it was always possible. Only a matter if it would actually happen.
