I know Aoi Nanase and Clamp is a hot property, so it's obvious Angel/ Dust Neo is getting licensed but do you think ADV has it in the bag?

You can't know for sure untill it's announced, but I'd say that if anyone is going to liscense it, ADV would be because they do own the Angel Dust manga, and run it in their Newtype.
